Meet Bea Carroll,
Hi, I’m Bea Carroll, RDN, LDN, MBA—and I’m so glad you’re here. I became a dietitian because food is more than fuel; it’s one of the longest relationships we’ll ever have, and it deserves trust, balance, and healing. My journey started with my first client—my mom—who was battling obesity and multiple health conditions. Helping her reclaim her health transformed not just her life, but mine too. To this day, I’m still her dietitian, and her story is why I do this work.

Walking alongside clients is an honor. When one person chooses wellness, it impacts families, communities, and often inspires others to follow. I believe change is most powerful when it’s claimed, not forced—and my role is to help you create the life and memories you deserve.

My approach is human-centered: compassionate, curious, and collaborative. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I help clients explore their relationship with food, body, and mental health, then co-create a wellness roadmap that fits their real lives. Change is emotional, so I ask for grace, openness, and trust in the process.

Our work begins with a Nutrition Story Session—a deep dive into your history, habits, challenges, and goals. From there, we build your foundation during the Fundamental Phase, meeting weekly, then bi-weekly, for several months as we establish lasting habits. Finally, in the Maintenance Phase, we meet monthly to celebrate progress, fine-tune your plan, and provide extra support when life gets busy.
