Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering our Onsite Corporate Wellness Program! We’re excited to bring practical, science-backed nutrition and wellness strategies directly to your team. To ensure the best experience for your employees and your organization, please review our booking policy: Scheduling & Flexibility: - Sessions are delivered onsite, with flexible scheduling to meet your company’s needs—morning, lunch, or afternoon sessions can be accommodated. - Multiple sessions can be booked in advance, and we are happy to create a tailored program schedule for ongoing wellness initiatives. Deposit & Payment: - To secure your session, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. For large groups, we can discuss a capped deposit to make approval easier. - The deposit is applied toward the total session cost. Remaining balances are due prior to or on the day of the session. - Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, or electronic transfer. Cancellation & Rescheduling: - Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled session. This allows us to plan materials, workbooks, meal plans, and staff time effectively. - Sessions can be rescheduled with advance notice of at least 14 days without penalty, subject to availability. Program Materials & Takeaways: - Each participant receives a comprehensive workbook, practical meal plans, and nutrition takeaways designed to benefit individuals and the entire team. - Optional add-ons like customized follow-up meal plans and executive leadership sessions are available to maximize impact.
